The Home Owners Club is not part of an Estate Agency or rental company and it is not our aim to sell or rent your property. We leave that to other companies who are specialized in these fields and who we can put you in contact with or contact on your behalf.
The HOC only takes care of your villa, townhouse or apartment as if it was our own and represent you as the homeowner. Whether you use your property as a regular holiday home for yourself and your family for longer periods, like to rent your property out to third parties, just come down for the odd weekend or live in the property full time we are there to make sure that your place is in perfect working conditions, top shape and the bills paid on time.
